We are now entering our 23rd year in Mallorca, and continue to firmly establish ourselves among the public and the media as the number one choice for luxury farmhouses and villa holidays in Mallorca. We strongly believe that being a family run company is one of the unique features and strengths of our company. We treat our customers as individuals, who have diverse requirements, we appreciate your time away is precious and with this always in mind we endeavour to do our best to satisfy all your requirements so that a successful, and special holiday is enjoyed by all. We have listed below some key features about our company and our approach.
We have Sales Consultants who really know the products they are offering; all of our customer services staff have regular educational trips to Mallorca to familiarise themselves with our property portfolio and the surrounding areas. This is intended to assist you to make an informed choice when choosing your holiday property and to help us to meet your expectations.
Each year we refine the selection of properties in our portfolio. We have one core objective: to increase the quality level of the properties we offer to our customers. This is a process that takes years, and we have been refining our portfolio for over 20 years! We are very pleased with our programme, and we hope you will be too.
We are keen to take advantage of new technologies to improve the services we offer: In 1999 we became the first tour operator in this market, just two years after Expedia.com pioneered the process and years before the big four travel agents caught up, to offer live availibility and the facility to book properties online. Year on year we invest in improving and maintaining this facility so that we can continue to improve your holiday experience, from initial enquiry through to your return home.
We have a diverse range of almost 100 properties that have been individually selected for their character, location, interior furnishings and above all their high standard of quality. The properties vary from cosy two bedroom casitas to grand 10 bedroom country estates. With locations ranging from the North Eastern tip of the island, around to the beautiful bay of Puerto Pollenca and the charming Cala Sant Vicenc, to the unspoilt inland areas of the picturesque Pollenca, Campanet and Buger. If it's beaches you're after then the south side of the island can't be beaten; the heritage protected beach and salt lakes of Es Trenc could easily be mistaken for the Caribbean, and the bewildering array of smaller calas (beaches) along the coast line will leave any visitor to the island spoilt for choice. The cosmopolitan town of Santanyi with its bustling street markets, charming Cas Concos and conveniently located s'Horta each providing the basis for some of the finest villas on the island. As the secrets of Mallorca are slowly unravelled, so its popularity increases.
