Accessing the beautiful island of Mallorca is easier than ever before with over twenty airlines flying regularly into Palma International Airport. We operate a fully flexible policy and are happy for you to make your own flight arrangements or we can take care of your entire holiday from start to finish including flights from the UK and some fine Mallorcan wine at the other end.
You may find yourself in a chicken and egg situation – do I book the villa first or do I book the flight first? Should you wish to book online one of our properties online we recommend you book your flights first and then your accommodation. It is the flights which often cause the most difficulties as they are constantly changing both in availability and price. Once a reservation is made online with Mallorca Farmhouses it will be subject to our normal cancellation policy as laid out in our Terms & Conditions. However, should you wish to spend a few days discussing your options with family and friends we are happy to provisionally hold a property for you, with no financial obligation A property can typically be held for up to 3 days, after which time you may book the property or cancel the hold. For departures within 4 weeks the hold period is restricted to 24 hours. To put a property on hold simply send an email to info@mallorca.co.uk or call us on +44(0)118 947 3001 during office hours Monday to Saturday.
Most of our properties are booked on a weekly basis with Saturday as the changeover day. On changeover day, departing guests are required to vacate the property by 10am, and arriving guests may enter the property from 3pm. It can be helpful to bare this in mind when choosing suitable flight times. However, should you find your check in and check out times do not exactly correspond, there is plenty to do on the island and we can recommend a number of excursions to pass the time enjoyably, including exploring the fantastic capital city you will have just landed in, Palma.
From the UK and Ireland
Mallorca can easily be reached from London and several regional airports with frequent charter and scheduled flights, flight times are typically around 2 hours. Strong competition from the London airports of Luton, Stansted and Gatwick ensure fantastic flights can be bought with good times and great prices while you can expect to pay slightly more from the regional airports of Southampton, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Bournemouth, Bristol, Cardiff, Teeside or Aberdeen.
Please contact our offices if you would like us to arrange your flights for you, simply call +44(0)118 947 3001.

Therefore any flight time changes are completely beyond the control and jurisdiction of Mallorca Farmhouses Limited. Where changes do occur we will of course do all we can to assist, amending car collection/taxi transfer details and ensuring the villa is ready and awaiting your arrival.
From Ireland
Charter flights are the cheapest and easiest way to fly to Mallorca though there are a limited number of scheduled flights with Aer Lingus, Iberia and British Airways – although some of these are via Barcelona. During the peak summer months of June, July and August, however, direct flights from both Dublin or Belfast are readily available with the most expensive ticket costing around £200 return from Belfast and €400 from Dublin and some considerably less in the quieter months. It is sometimes worth considering flying into London first with a budget airline, such as Ryanair or Easyjet and then flying on out to Palma.
