There is live, and then there is "live".

When it comes to booking online, it would seem that there are two versions of "live” availability. The first that is actually live, and the latter which is simply not. Since 2001 the Mallorca Farmhouses website has been in the actually live camp.

This is something we can do because we control the availability of the properties we feature as having live availability. We do also have some properties that are on a request basis, but for these we provide an availability request form.

So when you use our Live Availability Search and find a property that meets your holiday requirements, you can actually book it there and then. We will provide you with immediate confirmation of your booking both on our website and by email, whereupon you can sit back and relax, safe in the knowledge that the holiday you have booked is actually booked.
