"We are now safely back in the UK and I wanted to drop a line to thank you for your help during our stay in Mallorca. The extended stay of the third week due to the flight disruption was quite a stressful end to our holiday; this was eased by you, finding us a new property to move into (Finca Es Fasser) promptly and with ease and also the reduction in the price for the weekly stay. We hadn’t budgeted for the 3rd week in Mallorca so things were quite tight, for us to have the reduction on such a lovely property was a real help.

We would also like to extend our thanks to the cleaner of Es Fasser as she came at 4pm on the Saturday we left, rather than the 10am departure time, which gave us so much more flexibility (especially with 3 children in tow) with our flight being late at night on the Saturday. (we did leave a tip in the property for her). Again thanks to you for arranging this.

"Lovely house and amenities, possibly a few more tea towels. Enjoyed it thoroughly. Table tennis a great asset! Cleaning service excellent and most pleasant staff (gardens, cleaning etc.) We were very pleased with the whole holiday and would certainly use your company again if we revisit the island."
