Furnished in traditional Mallorcan style, the local owners, Antonia and Miguel, have restored this delightful farmhouse to retain the wealth of original artefacts and features thus creating a very friendly and charming family home with some added modern comforts. Vaulted ceilings and cooling terracota tiles help provide a summer and airy ambience. On entering is the entrance hall with a guests seating area and an inner stone archway leading into the living/dining room with comfy sofas, Plasma Satellite TV, DVD player and doorway to the poolside terraces. In keeping with the customary character the farmhouse style kitchen has dishwasher, electric oven/gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and side door to the BBQ patio. The utility room houses the washing machine.
Bedroom 1 is a comfortable twin bedroom which has an adjacent full bath/shower. Upstairs there are two further twin bedrooms, Bedroom 2 has access to the upper terrace, and bedroom 3, both of which share a bathroom. Bedroom 4 is the master bedroom and has an adjacent full bath/shower room. For early and late lettings central heating is available as required. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

For your added convenience beach towels are provided - one per person per week.
Hairdryers are also supplied.
Note: The air conditioning is on a timer for 10 hours daily. If you wish to change the hours set please contact your local representative. Extra air conditioning may be available on request and is payable locally.
