The unique dining room has solid oak table with matching chairs and direct access to the front terrace. One majestic twin bedroom has en-suite shower room and doorway to the garden terrace. The accommodation is presented in first class condition and benefits further from the mellow, cooling teracotta tiles used throughout the house. with many original wooden beams. Many unique individual features and local artefacts, all create a rustic enchantment of a bygone age that is purely Mallorcan with colourful hand painted ceramics, vaulted ceilings, coved lighting and full use of natural light.

ANNEXE: Adjoining the main house is the delightful annexe with recently upgraded accommodation offering; lounge with seating area, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom each with en-suite shower room. Two further bedrooms (one double and one twin) share an adjacent full bath/shower room. Air conditioning in all bedrooms. Living room with feature fireplace, three piece suite. This annexe is ideal for grandparents, teenagers or aupair/nanny.
The air conditioning is on a timer for 10 hours daily. If you wish to change the hours set please contact our local representative.
Extra air conditioning may be available on request and is payable locally.
