Set amidst the scented pine clad hillsides between Deia, Valldemossa and Soller in an unrivalled location - this villa simply takes your breath away. Very private and quiet in a reclusive setting with truly magnificent views. For those wanting to unwind and enjoy a truly relaxing holiday - this is ideal.

Accommodation
The main entrance leads into the open plan living/dining room with a comfortable seating and dining area. The open plan kitchen has gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and breakfast bar. Washing machine in casita. Stairs lead down to one double bedroom (bed 1.90x1.50) with fitted wardrobes and side door to a private terrace with a quiet seating area with uninterrupted sea views, ideal for afternoon siestas. Nearby is one twin bedroom (two twin beds -190x0.90x2 - pushed together so can be used as double or twins) and a shared full bath/shower room. Air conditioning is complimentary.
Note: The air conditioning is on a timer for ten hours daily. If you wish to change the hours set please contact your local representative. Extra air conditioning may be available on request and is payable locally.

Surroundings
If you can tear yourself away from staring at the views from the garden vantage points the superb swimming pool area with ample furnished sun terraces is one of the finest we have seen, simply the best. Enjoy afternoon the refreshing and chilled poolside fruit juices and in the evening sample your own home cooked BBQ whilst watching the slowly setting sun drop behind the sea horizon, then wait a few minutes and see the sun rays on speckled clouds - magnificent.
