Location

Situated in a 1,000 year-old olive grove, way up in the Pollença hills, this rustic farmhouse commands glorious views towards Cala Sant Viçenç, Puig Maria, Pollença and the bay of Alcúdia with distant mountain ranges all afford a completely tranquil ambience. Approached off a winding single track lane, an arched covered terrace has a characteristic polished stone dining table overlooking the kidney-shaped, swimming pool with furnished sun terraces. The brick built BBQ is next to the original bread oven adjacent to the covered terrace.

Accommodation

Upon entering is the spacious hall with an inner archway leading into the living/dining room with stone walls, feature fireplace and Satellite TV. The pine fitted kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, electric oven, fridge/freezer, twin sink unit and walk-in pantry. The doorway opens from the kitchen out to the poolside terraces for those ice-chilled drinks. From the living room a second inner archway leads into one double bedroom with an adjacent bath/shower room. Stairs lead up to the first floor and the rest of the sleeping accommodation which comprises of two double bedrooms and two pretty twin bedrooms which share a shower room. There is also a terrace –which boasts spectacular views an ideal place for for relaxing. This house is comfortably furnished throughout in Mallorcan rustic style with many interesting artifacts and features and has the added benefit of air conditioning in all bedrooms.

Surroundings

The kidney shaped "GATED" swimming pool area can now be closed off for children. Relax on the comfortably furnished sun terraces and enjoy the wonderful views. Outside, a little casita houses the washing machine. Ideally located for walking in the Pollenca hills and for cycling enthusiasts. Enjoy relaxed lunches and candlelit dinners on the poolside BBQ covered dining terrace with a feature stone table.
