Son Bunola is an impressive 160.000m2 (4000 acres) country estate set in mountains, valleys, pine forests, farmland and 5km`s of coastline on the stunning North West Coast, just south of Valldemossa.

Central to the estate is a large historic manor house dating back to 1800`s, unused now but forming an incredible centre piece to the dramatic scenery.

Sir Richard Branson, the previous owner, restored much of the land to its former glory and many new fruit trees and vines were planted. Sa Punta de S`Aguila is tucked away in a private area of the estate and provides a tranquil rural retreat where total privacy and relaxationis assured. You probably will not want to venture outside this lovely Mallorcan estate and you have complete feedom to wander through the very extensive grounds with pathways winding through the forests, terraced Olive trees or a leisurely stroll down to the pebbly beach. On your walks you may be fortunate to see mountain eagles, kestrels, herons, striped woodpeckers  and a host of beautiful migrating birds.   

Terracota coloured stone walls compliment the cobblestone, tranquil courtyards and extensive terraces.

 

 

Available all year you can soak up the summer sun on one of the many outdoor living areas or at cooler times enjoy the Mediterranean ambience with cosy log fires. At all times of the year you can watch the beautiful sunrise from your own private terrace.
